This restored and working olive farm in Andalusia sits on 45 acres of land with 345 olive trees, and is quite simply breathtaking. Olive groves, lakes and ruins all sit within view as you soak up the sunshine by the pool.
Founded by international yoga teacher and family friend of Stretch, Vidya Heisel, the yoga facilities are nothing less than astounding. 2015 saw Vidya’s vision of a ‘yoga dome’ come to fruition – it’s here that you’ll enjoy your morning practice. As you open your eyes after a morning meditation, your view will be met with green hills, fields of sunflowers and the rising sun.
The perfect balance between Yin and Yang, daily classes will evolve throughout the week. We’ll start each day off with a flowing Vinyasa practice to ease you into the day and end each evening with a mixture of calming restorative and expansive Yin – leaving you cared for in mind, body and soul.
Other things to do
In between morning and evening yoga, you have the day to lie around the salt water pool, the opportunity to go for a horse ride and discover the surroundings, or kick back with a massage or sauna.
Food and drink
Tuck into the delicious organic vegetarian food served three times a day. You’ll feel energised and nourished throughout the week.
There are a number of options to suit different budgets, from glamping and yurts to deluxe doubles with ensuite bathroom. Each has an Andalusian feel; distinctly Spanish with a heavy Moorish influence.

The practice of yoga – in the full sense of the word yoga, not just the asana – has given Micki a foundation to live her life. From non-harming, to non- stealing, to breath, to comfort in the discomfort. Yoga has taught her that she is a teacher not just to yoga, but to anything she can find to pass on to a willing student. This has been her greatest life lesson.
Roberto has taught Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative yoga for the past four years, so you can expect a mix of practice over the course of the retreat. What doesn't change is his focus is on body alignment, breath, mind, heart and energy.
